I called the manager Keith, because I was concerned about some employees in produce, the deli and the bakery dressing face shields without masks. The shield is great at protecting them, but without the mask it actually makes it worse for the consumer. All their respiratory droplets will drop straight down into whatever they are chopping, slicing or packaging up for you to buy. He was not interested. I went in there on my break today for Starbucks. I got a pink drink with light ice extra strawberry’s and pineapple syrup added. Well 1st they charge you now if you ask for less ice because it’s a new policy apparently ( which I have no issues with paying). There was a young man. Bigger dark hair and was wearing glasses. He made my drink for me. When he got done it had WAYYYY to much ice. I asked for light ice. Not half a cup of ice. If y’all are going to charge me for my “less ice” I want less ice since I’m paying for it. I... read more

Thrilled with the gluten free options! Grain free, cauliflower crust frozen pizza! Lots of ethnic seasonings and sauces. Glad to see lots of variety I thought I'd have to give up when I left Charlotte.
My wife returned a snack cake that had never been opened and in date because I bought it and it had too many carbs and sugar. She had the receipt and gave it to the manager of the store. She said he had an attitude and was so unfriendly. He was rude. She buys all our groceries there. He should be professional and customer oriented. We have lived in other areas where multiple ingles supermarkets are and they were always so nice. This manager needs to retire. Also, she said the restroom was in a mess!
