This pharmacy used to be fantastic, but it has went down so bad, the lady I encountered today was beyond rude, she would not answer my questions, I asked her why is the eye drops were ringing up over $130 when my doctor researched it and it showed on their end $70 she started off and said am I getting my meds from my doctor or them... all I wanted to know was why there was such a large difference and if they had any discounts or something she just said that's the price do u want it or not. This is the best pharmacy in the county.
Very pleased with how the staff answered all my questions and helped me get the medication ordered for my infant son. I switched pharmacies with this prescription and I’m happy I did. This is what excellent customer service looks like.
