John was very very helpful and was kind and I did ask a lot of questions. The customer service from John was absolutely amazing as he helped me with filling out the forms that were on my phone and I am so dumb with technology but he was very calm and patient with me. I am glad that when I call or have to go to storage that he is there as. I did get lost and needed to use the facility toilet and there was another guy working and he was very rude to me when I asked where the toilets were as the other guy said ' you should kn... read more
