Got my brakes and shaved the rotor back today, he squeezed me in last minute was so lovely really saved my weekend.. very professional quick worker and fairly priced will be coming thru him always
I do not recommend this mechanic. His way of speaking to customers was rude and unprofessional, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. This behaviour is not acceptable, and I hope it is addressed to improve customer service in the future.
I had a very unpleasant experience here. During my visit, the staff made a rude and discriminatory comment toward me. It was shocking and completely unacceptable to face such behaviour in a place of business. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect regardless of background or appearance. I hope the management seriously addresses this behaviour and provides better training so no other customer has to feel disrespected like I did. Until things improve, I cannot recommend this workshop
The staff were rude and unprofessional. When I asked about an issue, the person who seemed to be the owner made sarcastic comments. Not sure if this is how they treat everyone or if I was just unlucky.
I went for pink slip. The mechanic did my work. But was very rude in attitude, I asked another customer and he also mentioned he is always very rude. If you want to get work done you can go but expect 0 customer service.
