Receptionists have turned our whole family off this surgery. They are rude and unprofessional. The previous receptionist Lynn was great.
With all the positive reviews here, it seems that they are not accepting new patients. Recently moved to the area. Already had a bad impression as there seems to be no proper access to medical services in this region. Disappointing.

We would like to say heart felt Thank you to Dr Helen Doan at each visit and at all times. She is absolutely caring, genuine, true to her profession and people. Each time her care is tailored to that particular visit, also considering and clarifying to the past visits to make sure her advise is accurate for what the patient needs.
