I absolutely love Dr. Doan. She genuinely makes me feel like she truly cares about her patients, not just that she’s doing her job. She always answers all of my questions patiently and takes the time to look into every concern I have. Even a telehealth call with her helps me so much as a young mum. 100 ⭐️ for Dr. Doan, but only 2 ⭐️ for the medical centre. One of the receptionists wasn’t very welcoming. Receptionists have turned our whole family off this surgery. They are rude and unprofessional. The previous receptionist Lynn was great.
With all the positive reviews here, it seems that they are not accepting new patients. Recently moved to the area. Already had a bad impression as there seems to be no proper access to medical services in this region. Disappointing.
