Would give no stars if I could. My friend is trying to move her family to LA from TX. Traveled 5 1/2 hours to the house, only to be told the property was leased to someone else. Was promised that the house was being held, then they called 30 minutes before she got there. They refused to refund her. Waste of time, energy, and money.
Horrible customer service!!! Trying to move from Texas to Louisiana for work. Was told the house would be held as an application was already submitted along with 75$ PER PERSON and a pet application fee as well. Took FIVE IN A HALF HOURS to drive out for our scheduled time with the realtor just to be told 30 minutes out that the property was leased out to someone else. HUGE WASTE of my time and money and planning AND they refuse to refund the application fees.

This company and it's employees were very lovely and helpful! Professional and patient, definitely recommend them.
I truly feel sorry for homeowners who trust this company to manage their properties. I was interested in renting one of their houses, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service representatives were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential tenant.
