This company and it's employees were very lovely and helpful! Professional and patient, definitely recommend them.
I truly feel sorry for homeowners who trust this company to manage their properties. I was interested in renting one of their houses, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service representatives were rude, unhelpful, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a potential tenant. Smooth process, Brittany was amazing!!!
I was never able to move into the property due to BG Realty’s negligence in failing to properly inspect it before my scheduled move-in date. As a result, squatters were able to occupy the home for nearly a week, and I am now being charged for a day of electricity and water that I never used. While the financial amount is minor, it pales in comparison to the disruption, inconvenience, and lost business caused by BG Realty’s failure to communicate effectively and reasonably accommodate my situation.
