We went there to euthanize our beloved Tuukka. They were so kind. Gave us all the time we needed. Assured us that we were doing the right thing. Gave our boy so many treats and gave us trinkets to remember him. ( Not that I ever could) Wonderful, caring staff. I give them a million praises.
The staff are very nice and mostly knowledgeable and try to be accommodating… however for some reason it is office policy to give dogs (and presumably cats) rabies vaccinations only “valid” for 1 year (even when using the 3 year vaccine). This is probably a way to make their clients have to come back annually for exams and to vaccinate, but it’s actually not good for dogs to receive annual vaccinations and most of the time they don’t actually need them (especially rabies every year). The staff are very friendly and always follow up to see how your pet is doing after a procedure. They are informative and compassionate!
