Been taking my cat here for a few years, and never had a bad experience. I moved recently and tried a different veterinarian, and didn’t get nearly the experience, timeliness and value that this Vet offers. I decided to drive back to Ingersoll just to get my cat taken care of here. Needless to say I didn’t regret it! Again, I got the same positive experience. The vet even offered an “at home solution” for the problems he’s been facing. I recommend this Vet to all my friends and family. :)

From the very beginning, I was placed in a room and given pamphlets aimed at upselling flea and tick medication. The conversation quickly shifted to pet food, with a focus on promoting the brands they sell. While the staff were polite and friendly, I didn’t get a good intuition or vibe from the veterinarian. Was not our vet got us in when ours couldn't for 2 weeks didn't try to over sell told us there was something they could do for our dog but said it would not make him better only prolong his life
