Very friendly and helpful staff along with great amenities!
I have lived here for 2 years and am definitely signing on for another year! I love that the hot tub is open year round, maintenance is fast, and the property managers are very responsive. The location is fantastic as well, close to so many restaurants, gyms, etc. and only a short drive from downtown!
We've had two tours at Ingersoll Square. The first was with Anna and the second was with Yesenia. Both were great. They were friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. A very pleasant experience. Thanks!
Our time at Ingersoll Square started great. Raphael gave us a fantastic tour, we moved in during winter, and we received a discounted unit plus a month and a half free. During the tour we pointed out several small issues—dirty wall handprints, a fridge lightbulb, and a loose ceiling-fan part—and were assured they’d be fixed before move-in. None were. We were told pool construction would start in late winter and absolutely not interfere with summer. Instead, work didn’t start until April. We were told only a few parking spots... read more
I toured these apartments with one of the property managers Raphael. He really took his time showing me around (took me to several 1br plans so I could see any differences), was very personable, and gave me all the information I needed; I never felt rushed or pressured and he was considerate of my budget. The apartments and common areas are very clean with great amenities—thank you, Raphael!
