We spent lots of time planning out our remodel. Went over the deliver date multiple times, called to confirm a few days prior to our desired delivery, but were not able to get our compressor in the time initially discussed or promised. No solution was presented other than wait through the delay and our shop will not have the ability to be operational through this time.
I was told I could drive to this location by a phone operator after visiting the Nashville location to find it is now only a service center. A paper on its door directed me to the Smyrna location, which no longer does sales. Absolutely pathetic company.
Awesome service department - top notch equipment
