The staff is phenomenal! Always caring and helping in any way they can. I have been going here for many years and recently had kids, who now also go here and the care is always top notch. They are great to get you seen the same day for urgent situations. The online booking system is convenient. They need stricter guidelines, I was almost sent for hormone replacement BY A THERAPIST without my family doctor knowing, without ever seeing a gender specialist, without a proper prescription, and without my full medical history. A year later I spoke to my family doctor about starting my transition with hormone blockers instead of hormone replacement, and found out that what she tried to do was completely wrong and almost illegal, and my doctor had no idea I ever even spoke to them despite telling me they’d contact him.
