They are very understanding if something comes up and you need to reschedule your appointment and will see what appointments they have open at the time right away.
Best dentist in town--hands down. Dr Gradoville always explains everything thoroughly and goes through all of our options with us. I've been going to Ingersoll Family Dentistry for 3 years and have been nothing but satisfied. Oh and the staff--LOVE THEM. Ingersoll Family Dentistry has a wonderful staff and Dr. Gradoville really listens to your concerns and takes the correct steps in helping you achieve your dental health goals. Everyone there makes you feel comfortable and at ease and that's exactly what you want to feel like going to the dentist. Kristy, Tricia, Denise and Bernie are the best dental professionals around. They have all helped me feel more confident about my teeth.
