I was afraid to go to the dentist in another country but I had a pleasant surprise, all the staff were very friendly, they explained everything to me. Many thanks to Sarah, Hannah, Desiree, Amanda and Dr. Burto. They help make going to the dentist a calm experience.
Called to make an appointment but since I was a new client, they wouldn't look at my issue without a pre-appointment to check stuff I wasn't concerned about. (x-rays, cancer screening) Called another local dentist and they got me in the next morning.
UPDATE: I've been with Ingersoll Dental Centre for over a year now and I just had my first filling with Dr Burton. I am so impressed with how he explained everything to me before he did it. He was happy to answer all of my questions and put me at ease. He was attentive and frequently checked in with me to make sure I was doing okay.
