RecommendedI can see why the ratings are so high. This was my first visit to Ingersol. I found the Service Dept was very informative, very clear on what work needed to be done to fix my Tahoe. Completed the work in a timely fashion.

Everyone at Ingersoll took care of me in what I found to be an extremely stressful situation. Not only did they take care of me - towing my broken car, fixing it, billing over the phone, and dropping it back off to me - but also treated me so kindly and really helped me stay calm when I was upset about the car malfunction. They checked and did all they could using my insurance and warranty to pay the least out of pocket as well, something that saved me a lot of time and stress. This is by far the best dealership I have ever done business with. The culture starts at the top with Todd Ingersoll and spreads to all of the staff. I truly feel like everyone there appreciates my business and interacts with me like I’m a member of their family. It’s so refreshing.
