Horrible property manager that would not fix anything. Had to end and leave the lease early.
Bait and switch. Did not get mortgage done and was trying to charge all the fees for appraisal and inspections. Was specifically told if the mortgage does not close it would not be charged.
The owner Stephanie ghosted doing any repairs and we were forced to get repairs and deduct from the rent. She eventually threatening legal so we decided to leave as she was not doing any repairs.
