Pulled my credit several times to let my score and tried to charge me a higher rate. Luckily I had another mortgage broker pull the credit same time so got the better rate without all the extra bogus fees that Stephanie was trying to add.
Stephanie was nonresponsive on simply setting up a showing for her listing. Then when finally gotten a hold of her at the fourth call, FOURTH denied our showing due to "not allowed to share reasons per the seller." Completely shady and unprofessional.
AVOID! I got a bunch of junk fees last minute from Stephanie right before we were suppose to close the loan. It was so expensive I had to cancel the deal. Horrible experience and she did not care a she collected her fees from appraisal upfront.
Dishonest and lots of junk fees
Horrible service where they missed two scheduled appointments, claimed they have access to many deals but none shown after the paperwork for representation was signed. Overall a bad experience
