Ingenes is the 4th clinic I have went to between 8 cycles of IVF. I achieved pregnancy with their help on my 2nd cycle with them. The staff at the Irvine location is exceptional. I can’t say enough positive things about Cindy (Cynthia) Jansen (NP), Michelle, and Dixie specifically. They are so sweet, helpful, attentive, knowledgeable, and make you feel important! this branch have the best medical staff! they attended very well to all my questions and concern, shout out to Cindy, she’s the best! Our experience at ingenes made a difficult situation so much easier. We struggled for years to conceive and wanted to have a chance at starting a family. When we sought help other providers seemed to prefer the keep trying method and we wanted to find someone to hear our problems and be proactive. Started the process with Ingenes and ended with a beautiful baby girl! We are so so glad we put our trust in Dr. Marrero and his team, as they guided us through each step and help us understand what was needed to end with a beautiful baby. Love and recommend this place UNLESS you need a donor egg and want ethnicity options. After nearly a year with them, we will likely have to leave the program and seek elsewhere (Europe has great options), but if you have healthy eggs, highly recommend.
