I have been seeing Dr. Heather for over a year and it has been so helpful with my back issues. I also have found chiropractic care has been a gamer changer in my overall health a long with diet, exercise, and time/consistency.
Heather is a genius chiropractor. I'd been suffering with mid-back pain for 9 months and it was affecting all aspects of my life. She fixed the problem on the first visit. In the following visits, she has addressed a lot of other problem areas and has improved my quality of life a lot. I have been to many chiropractors over the past 25 years. She is the one you want.
Dr. Heather truly cares about her patients. She carefully customizes treatment of my neck and back from her "toolbox" of skills. She always asks questions and listens carefully. She is gentle yet very, very effective. I am so glad I found her.
Totally professional and explained everything along the way. I would recommend highly.
My 4 month old decided she only wanted to nurse laying down, which obviously makes life quite difficult while out and about in public. Messaged a bit desperately before leaving for a week long camping trip at the suggestion of some friends, and she squeezed me in the next day to get her adjusted!! A few days later, baby girl was nursing upright again and after her second visit with Dr. Heather, my husband and I were shocked at how far she was able to turn her head to follow people walking by. So cool!!!
