It's a restaurant, so people who complain about it taking too long can go to Wendy's. Food is good, u can customize your order, service is nice. If they get busy, don't be an ass. Order a double, or make sure you ask for what u want before you NEED it. Anyone rating this place less than 3 stars is probably upset they didn't get a lime in their water or some other such BS
