Wonderful nurses and chair side manners. Checked on me frequently and made sure I stayed hydrated. :) Also, appreciated how efficient the whole process was.
Saida, Rebecca, and John at the Everett office took amazing care of me. They worked me into the schedule incredibly quickly when my medication changed, and they were kind, patient, and gentle during the appointment. They took time to answer my questions, repeatedly offered drinks and snacks, and make sure I felt cared for. I can’t recommend Infusion Solutions enough!
Callie went out of her way to get the medications the hospital ordered prepared and delivered as fast as humanly possible, so that i could get discharged as promptly as could be. Arrival to the hospital was crisply punctual. Communication with me far exceeded that of the hospital itself. The professionalism demonstrated was outstanding. The kindness, understanding, and overall quality of service was top tier. Thank you Callie, and thank you to Infusion Solutions!
Lynn was my nurse for 7 months. She was kind and knowledgeable. She helped me feel seen and heard. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse. She was always ready to listen. She was always learning. I have been sick my whole life and have had a lot of nurses. I'll never forget Lynn.
