My husband had heart valve surgery and ended up with a feeding tube. When the University of Michigan Hospital discharged him, they prescribed a formula for the tube to be filled in Toledo by Bio Script. Bio Script said we would have it on Monday, he being discharged on Saturday. Bio Script gave us the wrong formula, one he had complications with in the hospital and only four days instead were delivered, of a full month supply, which the prescription was for.
