Fast and friendly service
Etna supply has been fantastic for the past 3 decades, but their underground staff (Alex) is very unprofessional in his conduct when customers are about to place a very large order. He hung up in my ear when I asked for Spec sheets for a certain pipe product that we've used from them in the past. This guy apparently needs training and needs to show some respect to their customers! Very disappointed
A quick shout out to Michelle who assisted us with our Master Bath remodel. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with. We had one subsequent modification and that process went quickly and did not delay our project. I will be referring others to them for plumbing fixtures.
It has been a pleasure working with the staff at ETNA with various home improvement projects, but especially with Devan. She has been so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable every time I walk through the door, especially during the challenges that may occur with vendors and product. I appreciate her efforts during such, and the entire staff who has helped correct behind the scenes!
