I have reply on email, still no response from email or no calls from intake for any appointments. Keep calling since two weeks still no response. The iron infusion are pre approved , as per intake team pre auth is denied. In my insurance site. There are no pre auth requests. So can intake team at least work on doctor orders?
The front desk are useless, i have provided doctor order 2 weeks back, they don't call you, they don't provide any appointment and keep complaining that doctor order doesn't have signature, seriously? This is how is your customer Service? Very rude staff. Never ever go there.
