I get an infusion here once a month and have been going for 6 months now. The staff is so warm and friendly, very professional, efficient, and thorough. The clinic is exceptionally clean and they always have snacks and drinks available. I am in and out on schedule. I will continue using this infusion clinic!
I have had the worst experience with this place the day I was scheduled for my infusion I get a call 30 minutes before to tell me I am not approved to be seen at this location and Henderson location where I am approved does not have the medication in office, I missed a day of work for nothing this is very unprofessional!!!
