I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experience at Infusion for Health and would never come back. I scheduled my infusion over the phone — no issues, no mention of any problems. I arrived at 2:14 PM and by 2:15 PM they took my blood and placed the IV. From there, I sat with a needle in my arm for an hour and a half while they kept saying, “The medication is coming now.” The whole time, I watched two nurses question each other and disagree like they had no clue what they were doing.
