The staff were all great. My one and only complaint is that SHC manages to text me about my bill, about my upcoming appointment, about needing to check in, etc., but you do not seem capable of texting me that the infusions were running ONE HOUR BEHIND. If I had known, I would have been able to work a bit longer instead of taking off when I did, and I would have gotten a Starbucks. That's why I took off one star.

Olivia f and other nurses extremely rude and unprofessional as a individual myself who receives infusions regularly these settings are supposed to be calm peaceful and relaxing as much as possible , I was there to deliver a check and when I approached Olivia at the desk, she said they did not accept checks after reviewing the check and comparing to the patient who she didn’t even look up in the computer said we don’t accept checks in this.
