As of this moment, I have to give a poor grade to Infusion Associates. The med I get infused every four weeks was not delivered to the facility in time for me to stay on my every four weeks schedule. They should've had the med there in time to keep me on schedule(my opinion), but from my perspective as the patient, they dropped the ball. Since this is a treatment that's being transferred from the Cleveland Clinic to Infusion Associates, I'm hopeful that this will be a one-time glitch and not something I will have to deal wit... read more
