I was staying at the Blue Chip Casino and hotel and wanted to order food from Infusion. I called room service and they said that I could order but would have to go down to pick it up. No problem. She transferred me to Infusion to make my order and a woman answered the phone and told me that I called the wrong number and that I needed to call the kitchen to order. Service was very slow given the few number of patients and seeming abundance of staff. This may have been due to a new staff member training.

I asked for my very stale blueberry muffin to be warmed. They burned it so badly, smoke filled up the area they were in. And they still handed me back this black muffin.

Allow me to clue all of you in on something that I personally know. This is the place that replaced Nelson’s, right? Everything is pre cooked and never fresh! I used to work there when it was Nelson’s and can tell you how they had me prepare bacon and make the sandwiches then wrap them in cellophane and put them onto a sheet and stored in a walk in cooler. All they would do is remove them from the cellophane and throw it an oven behind the counter for 2 minutes and charge $7. Those fruit cups they had? Sometimes sit in the c... read more
