I'm not even sure where to start. What total let down in the ownership of this facility. The staff outside of the owners are fantastic. Each and every one of them I love and have trusted as family. However management may be great but the owner Richard is absolutely horrific. I give 5 stars because of ONLY the office manager Lisa. She was the only one who literally advocated for me the human. She cares. The nurses are great. And love the NP.
Amazing staff! They were attentive and informative throughout the whole iron infusion! Super thankful!
