InfoTank is our IT provider at my job. They have been consistently prompt and thorough with every help desk ticket that I have ever sent them. There was a time that my work email had been hacked and sent phishing emails out to many, if not all, of my contacts. They had the problem fixed in a matter of hours. I have nothing but great things to say about the entire team.
I worked with Ben and he was great. One of my computer monitors sometimes displays everything very small and he was able to help me with that too.
Infotank is always quick to respond and solve our IT needs. Everyone we work with is friendly and helpful!
I had a print issue today and this was not the day to have issues. InfoTank promptly called me, remoted in, and fixed my issue. Very little lost time today. Thank you!
