First impression good. Counter person nice. That's the end of good experience. Tech never called when he said he would.A day later. Was going to try something on my laptop and call the next day. Never did. I called them today was told they would talk to him he was to be in early today. Would have him call me at 330 still no call. I went and paid 50.00 to get my laptop and was told it could not be fixed. He didn't even bother to give me any kind of info on what he did or what the problem could have been. Won't be back there.
