I have used InFocus Eyecare for years and loved them, but today I brought my daughter for her second appointment with them. Dr. Krauchunas, saw Dehana last week and asked for her to come back so he could do a different kind of evaluation. He took the time to have her read and he studied her walk. To have my daughter excited about any kind of Doctor appointment brings me joy.
Received a copy of the RX for my daughter's glasses, but was refused without explanation when I requested the measurement of her pupillary distance. They acknowledge they have the information, but they refuse to give it. Interesting.
Wanted to thank Dr.Claffy for taking the time to make sure I had the prescription that was best for me. She was very dedicated to getting it right! I really appreciate the time and effort she put toward doing this for me. Awesome experience here.
We can not possibly tell you how grateful we are for Dr. Scott & his staff in helping our son with eye therapy. The progress that has been made - in a fun & engaging & caring manner is TOP NOTCH. We are so thankful we were referred to InFocus!
