From start to finish, each person I came into contact with was kind and courteous. 1. The gal with the pink hair, (sorry I didn’t catch her name) accommodated for my hearing impairment. 2. There's no point in calling the number, your call goes to voicemail. It's next to impossible to speak with a representative. You get no response to inquiries; and, I've had to argue various charges, including having my insurance AND Medicare be involved. In Focus has been paid twice now, once by me and later by my insurance; hence, they refuse to remit the overpayment to me. I am not returning there. I'm too sick and tired of fighting with them.
Staff and Doctors are professional, friendly, take extra care to explain what they are doing and what your findings mean in a comfortable setting.
