RecommendedI was actually at American Eye Care to have them fix 1 of the lens' in my glasses that had popped out on me earlier. Just wanted to make sure that I wouldn't have a problem over the holiday weekend.
I had been having headaches on a daily basis for 3 months if not longer. called them and was seen while in 2 weeks. which was amazing. Madison was very friendly on the phone. then at appointment Bryce really listened to my complaints and conveyed them to the Dr accurately. then Dr. was nice to thoroughly explain what she was doing and her advice. meredith took time out of her personal time to help me find the right glasses. I came into Infocus a couple weeks ago with a horrible concussion. I also suffer from migraines. I was in terrible shape. I followed the instructions from Dr. Krauchunas and I cannot even tell you how much better I feel. 2 weeks of recovery time and I am so close to back to normal. I feel like I am going to be even better than I was prior to the concussion. Everyone here was SO professional and caring. I cannot recommend them high enough. Thank you all!
Had scheduled an appointment weeks prior, received a call to verify insurance, showed up for date and time of appointment, they had nothing scheduled. Didn’t offer to rebook.

My last experience with an eye doctor did not go so well but the Dr at InFocus, Dr K is amazing. Very helpful and very informative. Mike from American eye care was amazing as well. Overall great staff and comfortable welcoming atmosphere.
We have had my daughters eye appointment rescheduled THREE times now. I really loved the Doctors but their woman that calls to make the appointments really needs a check. I have never had someone be so rude to ME when calling and canceling my own appointment! When she got to the end of April for a time line I suggested we may have to switch doctors (my daughter should of been seen months ago) she couldnt of been happier!
