based on the reviews I went in seeking advice on hardware and bulb/inset for pendant light I want to convert to a hardwired light (I brought the item with me) I explained my situation to the person on staff. he said he had no idea what I would use and continued to play hisgane on hi phon. I told him I'd come in because door is listed as electrical supply and lighting, and and did they only sell intact lamps? no hardware or bulbs? he said they sold I could see. Info lighting sold me a chandelier for $3,000, that keep breaking Again and again for 4 times. Not only they never took responsibility, I had to chase them and wait for the replacement for about a month each time. A month ago, after the 4th one was broken I asked them to replace it without extra charge(each replacement is $140!) guess what, three emails, zero reply.
Ordered 3 lights but only one arrived in a timely and useable manner. Info Lighting has taken my money, refused to refund me a defective light and then ghosted me. Item 1: the website said it was in stock-- but it didn't ship for 6 weeks. Item 2: looked completely different and much worse in person. Was told they'd consider a refund / store credit, had me send pictures-- then have refused to call me back for over a week despite multiple attempts to reach them. I love lamp
They have a great selection of lights. Marco is very knowledgeable and helpful. So many great unique lights for a variety tastes. Plan to go back for more lighting. Would highly recommend them!
