We are going to miss our family doctor who is excellent but the office staff from front end to billing are terrible. After 3 years of sending feedback and hoping for improvement we have had enough.
This office is the worst run medical suite I have ever visited. While I realize emergencies arise in any medical office, the Doctors and staff here act like a 2 hour wait to be seen for an appointment is not a problem and is normal. Most well run offices want you to notify the receptionist if you have waited 20 minutes, here if you inquire after a 2 hour wait they look at you with utter disdain and and are nothing short of dismissive. I’ve been to Dr Kemnade many times and had my labs done here many times. Dr K, and his nurses and the lab techs are great. Very friendly and easy to deal with and appear to be very caring. I would encourage folks to try them out. Remember anyone can have a bad day.
I am very grateful to Dr. C. Gamard, Roxanne, Samantha, Chandra, Yolanda and ALL of the staff at Dr. Gamard's office. (and Kelly in labs). They respond to my questions quickly and politely and they always go the 2nd mile to assist and encourage. I am blessed to be one of their patients! Thank you too to Dr. T. Wilsdorf! He's great.
I had my blood drawn yesterday. The lady that checked me in was extremely courteous and friendly, she used to work on the second floor and is very nice. The young lady that drew my blood usually works in Mobile and used to work for a plasma place in Mobile. First stick no digging around! She was extremely friendly and very professional. I wish she would stay on this side of the bay!!!!!
