No one answers the phone for pre op surgery. I have no idea if this is the right office or where they are located. They don’t do call backs. I’ve been calling for 3 weeks now trying to talk with someone.
The phone system at DMC is horribly out of date. There’s a central number that’s used by many doctors and offices, so you have to camp in the call queue while listening to noise. No option to leave a message.
Very good place Doctors & nurse care & are knowledgeable.
We are going to miss our family doctor who is excellent but the office staff from front end to billing are terrible. After 3 years of sending feedback and hoping for improvement we have had enough.
This office is the worst run medical suite I have ever visited. While I realize emergencies arise in any medical office, the Doctors and staff here act like a 2 hour wait to be seen for an appointment is not a problem and is normal. Most well run offices want you to notify the receptionist if you have waited 20 minutes, here if you inquire after a 2 hour wait they look at you with utter disdain and and are nothing short of dismissive.
