6/27/25, in an out in less than 1.5 hr ! Walk in, all the staff was kind and listened attentively. I went during work hours (about 2PM) so the lobby was empty. Quiet, clean, quick. (Coming from someone with a relatively minor issue inside my body) I got a shot and my prescription, and spoke to a total of 5 different nurses/doctors(?)! Everyone was polite and took me seriously. I’d go again!
The employees in the admittance department lied to me to cover up their incompetence. When I visited the Thomas Medical Center for a blood test on April 3, 2025, the admittance department informed me that there was no blood test order for me. The next day, the order magically appeared and the order clearly showed a order date on March 12, 2025 and a fax date of March 12, 2025.
