The employees in the admittance department lied to me to cover up their incompetence. When I visited the Thomas Medical Center for a blood test on April 3, 2025, the admittance department informed me that there was no blood test order for me. The next day, the order magically appeared and the order clearly showed a order date on March 12, 2025 and a fax date of March 12, 2025. They are clearly racist the rest room was dirty. They were not nice at all. They didn’t give me any pain meds yet knowing I was in pain from a prior surgery and they gave me a shot that made me not be able to walk. I wouldn’t come back here if I was next to death and I only live a mile away.If you are smart you would not go to this place.
My husband had a Radioactive Tracer Pet Scan (Thomas Medical in Daphne) last Monday. Hope we never have to go back. I waited in waiting room and when he got through, he could barely walk. He has prostate cancer that has spread to his lungs and bones and he couldn’t breathe good from the long walk to where the test were and also coming back from test.The hall was long. The wait is always too long to see my primary physician. My first visit was 1 hour and the second was 30 to 45 minutes. I may need to switch if this keeps up. The Facility is nice but it appears they are over booking.
