Son needed lab work done and an ultrasound, we finished the ultrasound then went to the lab. While in the lab waiting my 2 children were sitting beside me on the floor playing with their toy and the girl who was supposed to to draw labs on my son proceeded to be rude to me and tell me how to parent and started nagging at me so I finally told her they are my children do not tell me how to parent when they are just sitting here playing with a toy. I've always had a great experience staff friendly courteous kind and patience
Today, I visited this facility for a series of CT scans. Kelly at radiology took very good care of me. She was sweet, professional and showed such an impeccable patient care and compassion. Really made me feel at ease, gave me a blanket, found my vein to inject the contrast immediately, and ran the test in minutes. Lovely technician and warm personality. Thank you, Kelly.
