I went to see Dr Sara with negative thoughts thinking this is just another chiropractor that wants money boy I was wrong she not only took the time to explain and show me my problems through xrays; but she's actually fixing them as well. When I first arrived my posture and knee's where horrible but with Dr Sara / Rachael/ and Kayla coaching I'm well on my way to being a better person and with more confidence.
Dr. Sara has helped me so much! I injured my tail bone and could hardly move, nevermind walk. After just one adjustment, the relief and returned mobility was amazing!
Dr. Sara took the time to send me a personal note after a life changing event shook my world. Not only is she a great chiropractor capable of making big changes in anyones health, life and attitude, but she is caring, compassionate and kind. What I love about Infinity Wellness and Chiropractic is that is all about my TOTAL wellness, not just my spine. I have spinal issues and bad posture and Dr. Sara provides exercises to help me retrain my body to stand straighter, while also providing other valuable information about being a healthier person, including employing Kali, who is a fitness expert, to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly.
