Very unprofessional
I really wanted to like this neighborhood salon, but my experience was disappointing. The atmosphere felt unwelcoming—the staff came across as catty and a bit snobby, which made it hard to relax or feel comfortable. On top of that, the pricing doesn’t match the quality of service. Asked for a specific color for my hair. Picked it off a hair color sample and showed a photo. The girl decided i wouldn't like what I picked and without discussing with me, made my hair a completely different color. Not what I wanted. Probably won't be back.
