We had a great experience with Infinity Safety Homes. We had our metal roof, gutters and garage door installed and the did an awesome job. The communication and follow up on their part was on point. Kudos to Diego/Sales rep, Linda/customer service rep and Minerva/Project Manager.
It’s a Scam. Unprofessional and no consideration of your money. Trash everywhere, caused damage to floors, didn’t cover anything, and worked with GARP. If you see the GARP truck, cancel everything. They are nice until you make your first payment. They have 1 person who spoke English and he went on vacation. It sounds like a joke but it’s not. Do your homework and go anywhere else!!!
Do NOT work with this company!!Absolute worst experience!!! Left trash everywhere, stained my driveway, stained my pool, will call you a million times to get the sale and never answer when you need them. GARP workers don’t care about your home and infinity safety homes only cares about your money. Disrespectful and do not speak English. If you speak with Linda, Melanie, or anyone else, RUN and save your money. I have a new roof but the headache is not worth it. My pool is still stained from the nails they left in it.
