We have had our new roof for a little over 2 years, and we called Infinity Roofing & Siding last year because rodents were getting into our attic through an access point on the roof. 5 men came out, only one spoke terrible English, and he stated they would be back out with a part. That never happened. Now, we again have rodents, and I have again called Infinity Roofing & Siding to resolve the issue. BEWARE!!!! Doesn't stand by warranty. Roof leaked after a year due to faulty install. They will not return calls after 7 days. Roof is in warranty but completely ignore our request for a site visit and repair. Plenty of good LOCAL roofers out there. Don't go with this overpriced corporate roofing company.
10 out of 5!! Would highly recommend!! They EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS. From removing the roof to replacing the new, very smooth and painless process. I worked with Domenic Guerrero through the process and he was SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE and a pleasure to work with. He explained every step and made sure I was comfortable and happy with the final product. They will always have my business!!

I found Infinity Roofing and Siding to be a very professional and helpful contractor. Their assistance and knowledge were essential to me in an almost two-year struggle with insurance for payment of Hurricane Ian damage. Once approved, all work was completed on the schedule promised. The new tile roof and guttering look great.
