I have not had a working light in my bedroom since I moved in 2 months ago. Michael has scheduled 3 follow up appointments for me. 1 I waited all day for, was a no show, they came back again to figure out they needed tools, today the fellow came with no idea why he was here, no direction and no tools. This lady named Nancy is extremely rude. She was literally yelling and not allowing me to talk. I was calling to gain information about a property but she was so aggressive. She definitely seems to have some personal issues that she’s bringing in to her job. Sorry about your situation Nancy.
We had a confirmed appointment to tour one of their rental properties this morning @ 10a. Nobody from their side showed up and didn't bother to let us know they couldn't make it. Totally unprofessional and a complete waste of our time.
I've called multiple times and left numerous messages, and they don't respond. When I finally got a hold of someone at the office, he just hung up on me. This place is horrible, I would not recommend using this office for anything related to realty.
Brain dead employees. Never once met anybody, moved into a dirty apartment after being told they would provide cleaning after move in, never showed up and never attempted to coordinate despite us asking, then charged a "cleaning fee" upon our move-out despite leaving it in the condition we showed up. We were told we would get an extra parking pass because they were aware of the 3 cars we had, but it never came and the employees would only complain for us to move our cars or be charged a fee and never tried to remediate the i... read more
