Worst property management company I’ve ever had.
I tried getting in contact with some one to lease a unit for a totally of two and a half weeks!! calls, voice mails, emails, text and yet still no response. I was beginning to think this company was just a scam and not real until reading these reviews which aligns with them being absolutely none response. Would not recommend
Moved into a unit and was told it would be clean. It looked exactly the same as when I toured it. Visible dirt on the floor, cabinets have grease and stove was filthy.
I have not had a working light in my bedroom since I moved in 2 months ago. Michael has scheduled 3 follow up appointments for me. 1 I waited all day for, was a no show, they came back again to figure out they needed tools, today the fellow came with no idea why he was here, no direction and no tools. Michael, the “manager” did arrive once, unannounced, wandered around my apartment without introducing himself and with no purpose. I’m appalled at the level of service.
