I am very satisfied with working with Jon. As a realtor, he is very capable professional who helps all his clients to obtain a best deal possible. When I used him as my realtor to purchase a home two months ago, I found that he is very honest, organized and detail-oriented. He is very knowledgeable about the houses and real estate market in SE MN.
As a property management owner, Jon conducts his business in a professional manner with a high integrity. If a tenant emailed him about a problem with a house, he and his team always made every effort to have the problem fixed within 48 hours. His team also regularly performed safety checks for every property his company managed, from the operation of furnace, air conditioning to fire alarms, to ensure every his client has a safe and comfortable living place. His management skill is superb and what he is doing is to make both the property owners and tenants worry-free.
So I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a realtor or a rental.

I am a property owner and I can say that Jon is an excellent resource.
He was able to fix multiple issues with our house and helped us out on a major code issue. We found out that proper permits were not pulled by previous owners and we were up the creek without a paddle.
Jon is fast to respond and offer a solution where there appears to be a dead. I highly recommend his services.

I have been working with Infinity since 2009. Jon and his staff have always been very professional and helpful. Our past renters have always been very good. Since I don't live in Rochester, i count on Jon and his staff to take care of my house and the tenants. We had a pipe burst one year and Jon took care of everything for us. He found cleaners, contractors and delt with the insurance adjuster. I have friends in town who used other property mangers with disastrous results. Two of them lost their homes due to excessive damage from poor management and tenants. Our home has never gone unrented more than a month since 2009. Jon and his staff make sure the renters are taken care of too. As soon as Infinity is notified of a problem it is relayed to the owners for repair or correction. I would and have recommended Infinity Real Estate and Management to anyone looking to rent out a place or if looking for a place to rent.

Completely agree with the content of previous negative reviews. Jon is immature, condescending, defensive, and attempts to get his way via intimidation. He is extremely unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend his company to my worst enemy. Go with a management company or realtor who will act like an adult, and treat you professionally!

I'd rate negative if possible. As landlord he was rude, condescending and completely misleading! As soon as we said 'lawyer' as he was in the wrong, he dropped our contract. Do not go with his company!

Just a heads up to not rent or deal with Jon from infinity real estate. We have had nothing but problems with them and Jon will TRY and get away with a lot of legal activity so have a lawyer or make sure you're well informed on your rights and the laws. If you happen to rent with them now and leave, they will try and falsely charge you for "not cleaning" to get your deposit so make sure and take lots of pictures! We had a professional cleaning lady come clean our house and the before and after pictures prove that we left the house in much better condition than when we moved in yet he still tried charging us. He is manipulative and thinks he knows everything but don't be fooled by this company. Do not rent or go through him to rent as he really is a "glorified middle man" who doesn't do anything but charge the owner to make a maintenance call for them in which he takes days to even respond about maintenance needed as well, months to fix, and then bad mouths the owner of the home. Very unprofessional and immature; would never recommend him or his company.

Jon Espy is rude, condescending, and will lie to you. The emergency maintenance phone number is only answered during business hours. Our basement flooded on our second day in the home and the maintenance person showed up with a bag of old t-shirts and stood and watched my husband deal with standing water. They fixed the basement and promised zero problems going forward . It flooded again 3 months later. That was over a month ago and we still can t use our basement. When I emailed Jon Espy he said a date was set for the carpet installer and he would email me back with it. After I still hadn t heard back I emailed him again at which point he claimed no date was ever set but they may squeeze us in this week. I called him on his lie and all he had to say is Infinity is the best and they did nothing wrong. Never has anyone apologized or offered to recoup any of our rent for lost time and space. Of course this flooding had never happened before .
