Rented from Infinity Real Estate for two years. Reported a heating issue, the response took several days to receive. Having a child with the weather getting cold was less than ideal. Their solution: just switch the thermostat from heat to emergency heat (which goes from gas to straight electric running up your electric bill). Their was a hole in the wall from the maintenance man, that they did not fix when I moved in. I had to cover it. The walls were so thin you could hear everything in the neighboring apartments.
