We recently switched to Infinity for our HOA. Our property manager, Monica, really came through for me when trying to schedule some work involving a number of units. Instead of letting the system assign an 8 hour window for the work, she coordinated with another owner to narrow it to a 30 minute window to meet our need.
The fees this company charges are borderline theft. If you want a PM that does little work but charges you insane fees for sending an email then this is your place! Property owners beware
