Micha was pleasant and responsive to our concerns.
He was absolutely wonderful and extremely helpful!
Do not return calls. Screen calls. No follow through. Not proactive. Do not respond to emails. Drag their feet. You must Document everything. Took over 2 years to address roof leak. Even basic tasks or request go unanswered. Difficult to work with. Zero accountability. Dread having to interact with this group. Wish our HOA would choose a more competent Management company. Exhausting for homeowners to get Resolution on even the smallest of issues.
