Her professionalism is next level; she executes tasks thoroughly, efficiently, and QUICKLY! We literally feel like we won the lottery by choosing this company!!
It's funny how my previous review disappeared. PLEASE people if you are reading this - this company knows as much about property management as I do about flying to the moon. Her handyman (reviewing her below) told me in 3 separate occasions to paint over water damage!!! It turned out to be a hole in the roof which they tried to charge me to fix! I live in a condo!! My gutter is being held in place with bricks! Marquita 's response - it's working.
Marquita, I need to know why you kept my HOA checks for 4 month and if it’s a bank fault provide me the bank information , so I will place a complain on them. And please if you have nothing to say, you have responsibility to respond and not put auto respond. It’s the same like you Disconected me from the zoom board meeting during my conversation. Will wait 2 days for the explanation or bank info. In 2 days will escalate to bbb, DBPR. My recomendation to the potential customers - Please stay away from Infinity management .... read more
I have lived in a community where this property is managed by this company for a year now for about six months the pool was closed with no fix.The lawn maintenance always cuts my plants down. I can’t grow anything. No warnings are issued when she comes and throws away all of your belongings sitting outside your door because of fire hazard. Issues additional charges on HOA with no explanation and it takes days even weeks for us to get a reply. Cannot get a call or email back from your office. I'm part of a condo association that you manage...you have no problem sending out invoices but when it comes to customer service of property owners you're nowhere to be found. Marquita Green is a terrible representative of your company.
