Marquita, I need to know why you kept my HOA checks for 4 month and if it’s a bank fault provide me the bank information , so I will place a complain on them. And please if you have nothing to say, you have responsibility to respond and not put auto respond. It’s the same like you Disconected me from the zoom board meeting during my conversation. I have lived in a community where this property is managed by this company for a year now for about six months the pool was closed with no fix.The lawn maintenance always cuts my plants down. I can’t grow anything. No warnings are issued when she comes and throws away all of your belongings sitting outside your door because of fire hazard. Issues additional charges on HOA with no explanation and it takes days even weeks for us to get a reply. Cannot get a call or email back from your office. I'm part of a condo association that you manage...you have no problem sending out invoices but when it comes to customer service of property owners you're nowhere to be found. Marquita Green is a terrible representative of your company.

I’d give 0 stars if possible. I reside at a condo this group manages, specifically Marquita Green. The condo complex has not had the grass mowed in 4 months. The grass and weeds have grown over the side walks and overgrown the green spaces in front of the units. Despite several attempts to get in contact with them she has provided no update and shown no efforts to actually manage the property claimed as theirs. It’s an absolute shame they don’t take their property management seriously.
