Company is scammers I'm going through court right now small claims court to get my security deposit back they are scammers and trashy
Do everything you can to avoid them. They are inept

These people are trash. I have never experienced such poor service in my life. I have been a tenant with this company for the last six years and their service just keeps getting worse and worse. They prey upon the vulnerable and desperate. The tenants end having to fix every issue that comes up with the unit and the maintenance and on-site management just make excuses aswell. Avoid working with them if you can. I can’t even get in contact with them about paying my rent!!
