I love the physicians, but the front desk administrative staff are very rude and unkind. Dawn has an attitude. They make it difficult to get an appointment. I’ve been a patient for over 10 years. But I am looking for a new office. I can’t deal with the incompetence.
First time I went here had a positive experience, no issues / complaints. Second time had some follow up tests and their billing, over billing, rebilling , refunding which stretched close to 8 months AFTER the visit was annoying. Third trip come in for my appointment. Asked to come into the patient room for the vitals check and wait for the doctor. sitting in the patient room for going on 47 minutes now. Absolutely love the doctors and nurses. We switched from Henry Ford and we like it here so much better. Dr. Smeenge and Dr. Brenner are great!
What’s the point of having a primary care doctor that you can never see?!?!? I’m not someone that can be pawned off to other docs, I want to build a relationship with a physician and not repeat myself 20 different times to a different doc. This practice is too much and I need to find somewhere else.
