The orthodontist didn’t fix what she said she would fix, worsened my situation and ignored a very obvious problem throughout the treatment and only told me at the end that “she can’t do anything about it.” When I consulted other orthodontists afterward, they said this was actually a simple issue that should have been addressed from the beginning. Dr. Smith and her team have helped to give me the smile I've always wanted ☺️. They provided excellent care from my very first consultation through to completing my treatment. The office is well-located, always immaculately clean, and they do a great job of managing time.
