"Eduardo Villalobos" has been helpful anytime he is sent to take care of any work order. He is good at the work he does.
Safety concern. Lights out in stairway. No changes made after residents requested maintenance fix the lights. Tried to call for maintenance to fix the lights in the stairway but property phone ran out.
My wife and I lived here 2017-2020. Initially things were great. The units were nice and as described in the photos of them online. However, things very quickly started souring our experience. INFRASTRUCTURE is bad. The parking lot routinely has holes open up in it that don't get taken care of in good time. NAILS & SCREWS - I picked them up in the lot all the time.
