The guy told me i had “2” masters air flow sensors say it be 400 a piece for them so i say im go to autozone and get it and he tried to talk me out of it but it was only lil over $100 at auto zone so why wouldn’t i, get to autozone they informed me it’s only one maf sensor... so first lie get back he still says “so you only got one” i said its only one .. he says ok im see what i can do... either he tried to get over on me or just didn’t know what he was talking about either way im not convinced my car is in good hands guess... read more

They practice in bait and switch. Go elsewhere. This is not the place. My experiences today explains why Mike Ward Infiniti is the number one dealer in Colorado
They always have excellent service. Snacks very comfortable place to be at while you wait for your vehicle service.
Do not buy a car from this place. We bought a 2017 q50 with 5k miles and check engine light has came up twice!! Manager Mark Polites attempted to trade in car for a more expensive car. We already bought above retail and wanted us to pay high retail again... such a disappointment! They sold us a lemon for high retail..$5k over KBB!
