STAY AWAY from the Infinity Service Department. They are a nightmare, and mine isn't over. I live in Steamboat Springs and have owned my car for two years, with no problems. Since mid-October, when we had our first snow storm, at the first sign of snowflakes, the car would begin to lurch and felt like it was loosing power, to the point it would barely move, even while floored. Poor communication from both sales and service. No follow through on promises. Focus is on throughout not the customer experience/ satisfaction.
I worked with Ryan Cook and Aaron Swilley at IofD and both were quick to respond, friendly and aimed to please! Although I did not end up purchasing at IofD (only because I went with a different make/model that they did not have) I would highly recommend reaching out to them if you are interested in an Infiniti!

amazing customer service! we traveled all the way from Grand Junction to get a piece fixed due to the laziness and lack of knowledge from our home town Nissan Dealer.. They kept us up to date on everything that was going on! Kudos to Chris for such an amazing job and all the wonderful mechanics!
