Do not come here. This place is extremely expensive. Their pricing for acrylic fills makes no sense—they don’t charge based on the amount of new growth that needs to be filled. Instead, they charge based on the length of your existing acrylic nails, even though a fill is only for the growth at the cuticle. We were charged $100 for a fill, which is far more than what most salons in El Paso charge. Do yourselves a favor and look elsewhere. I was charged $100 for a fill….A FILL! Citing the price is based on the length. Mind you the girl literally only put acrylic on the parts that were grown out. Not once did she replaced the acrylic she filed off during the appointment. On top of all that she took it upon herself to change the shape of my nails so I had to correct her so she had to reshape my left hand which caused my left hand to be shorter than my right hand. The price doesn’t match the quality; you get a rushed job finish, but you’re in the chair for at least 2.5 hours for a full set. I can guarantee the price for a full set, no design or gel polish, will be at least $120 even for the shortest nails. Most of the employees have poor attitudes and no customer service skills. I went in for my fist time ever, and honestly kind of last minute on Valentine’s Day. However, the staff was super quick to help me and so kind! I ended up getting both pedicure and manicure gel polish by Val and loved the results. Also I really loved her attitude, she was very friendly and enthusiastic. I’ll definitely be going back!
